Apple TV+ – joining the immersive sea of streaming media, Apple TV+ is set to launch on November 1 with original titles such as For All Mankind, Dickinson, and The Morning Show. Also included in the lineup is See, a post-apocalyptic series starring Jason Momoa, which had its first trailer shown in the keynote presentation. Subscription to Apple TV+ will be $4.99 per month.
iPad 7th Generation – is the newest in the line of iPads. It has a 10.2” Retina Display, and will support both Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard. Price starts at $329 and will become available beginning September 30.
Apple Watch Series 5 – features an always-on Retina Display, a built-in compass which also shows your latitude and longitude, and capability to dial for International Emergency Calls. It promises to continue delivering all the safety and health features present in the previous Apple Watch. It will have an 18-hour battery life and various fashionable bands. Price starts at $399 for the GPS version and $499 for the GPS and cellular version. This will be available starting September 20.
iPhone 11 – to no one’s surprise, the iPhone 11 was announced. To the surprise of some, it will be priced starting at $699. To clarify, iPhone 11 will be replacing the iPhone XR as the cost-friendly device that packs a punch. It will have two cameras: a wide-angle lens with a 120-degree field view, and an ultra-wide angle lens. It is powered by the A13 Bionic Chip. The display will be a 6.1” Liquid Retina Display. This will be available starting September 20.
iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max – these are the real flagship titles, set to dethrone their iPhone XS and XS Max soon. Both devices have triple camera lenses at the back: telephoto, wide, and ultra-wide. They will sport the new A13 Bionic Chip that boasts lower power use at higher processing speeds. Also featured in the presentation was the Filmic Pro app, which allows the iPhone 11 Pro to shoot videos with multiple cameras simultaneously. The 5.8” iPhone 11 Pro will be priced starting at $999, while the 6.5” iPhone 11 Pro Max will start at $1099. Preorders in the US will start on Friday, September 13, while general release will also be on the 20th.
